Terminal App
Refund Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Who We Are
This Refund Policy for TERMAPPTRADELLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Terminal App (“Terminal App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), explains how refunds, billing errors, payment disputes, and related requests are handled when you purchase access to Terminal App and its related services, features, interfaces, and content, collectively, the “Services.”
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to this Refund Policy, do not complete the purchase.
2. One-Time Purchase
Terminal App is sold as a one-time digital purchase, unless a different payment arrangement is expressly displayed at checkout and separately accepted by you.
Your purchase does not create a subscription and does not automatically renew.
You will not be charged recurring fees solely because you purchased one-time access to Terminal App.
The price, currency, included access, and any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before you complete the purchase.
3. Immediate Digital Access
Terminal App provides digital access to a software interface and related functionality.
Access may be activated immediately after your payment is approved. By completing your purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the purchased digital access immediately.
You acknowledge that:
- delivery begins when access is activated or otherwise made available to you;
- digital access cannot be physically returned;
- you may begin receiving the value of the Services immediately;
- your purchase grants a limited license to use the Terminal App interface and does not transfer ownership of the underlying software;
- your purchase does not include a guarantee of any token launch, financial result, profit, market activity, or commercial outcome; and
- where permitted by applicable law, beginning immediate performance may cause you to lose a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a consumer right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
4. All Sales Are Final
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed and access to Terminal App has been activated, delivered, or otherwise made available to you.
Except where required by law, we do not provide:
- refunds;
- partial refunds;
- prorated refunds;
- credits;
- exchanges;
- cash equivalents;
- compensation;
- reimbursement of blockchain fees;
- reimbursement of wallet fees;
- reimbursement of payment-processing fees;
- reimbursement of token-launch expenses;
- reimbursement of marketing expenses;
- reimbursement of third-party fees; or
- reimbursement for unused or partially used access.
The no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you actually log in, connect a wallet, launch a token, use a particular feature, or otherwise use the Services after access is provided.
5. Reasons That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Except where required by applicable law, you are not entitled to a refund because:
- you changed your mind;
- you purchased Terminal App by mistake;
- you no longer want or need the Services;
- you did not use the Services;
- you used only part of the Services;
- you did not understand how a feature worked;
- you expected functionality that was not expressly included at checkout;
- the Services did not meet your personal expectations;
- you are dissatisfied with the interface or user experience;
- you are dissatisfied with an artificial intelligence-generated output;
- an output was inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, non-unique, or unusable;
- you were unable to achieve your intended result;
- you decided not to launch a token;
- you were unable to launch a token;
- a token launch failed;
- a blockchain transaction failed or was delayed;
- a transaction was rejected by your wallet, blockchain, protocol, or third-party service;
- your wallet was incompatible with the Services;
- your browser, device, internet connection, or software was incompatible;
- your jurisdiction restricts your intended activities;
- your account, wallet, token, or project was restricted by a third party;
- a token-launching platform rejected or removed your token;
- a wallet, protocol, exchange, social-media platform, or other third party restricted your account;
- your token received no buyers, holders, liquidity, attention, engagement, trading volume, or market demand;
- your token lost value;
- you lost money;
- you incurred blockchain, network, priority, validator, gas, slippage, liquidity, platform, or third-party fees;
- a token name, symbol, image, or concept was already in use;
- an output could not be registered as a trademark or otherwise legally protected;
- you encountered a temporary bug or outage;
- a feature was changed, restricted, replaced, or discontinued;
- a supported integration became unavailable;
- a third-party platform changed its rules, fees, API, functionality, or availability;
- access was suspended or terminated because of suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unlawful activity, or violation of our Terms of Service; or
- your circumstances changed after the purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the product description, price, system requirements, wallet requirements, Terms of Service, and this Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
6. No Refunds for Token-Launch Results
Terminal App provides access to a software interface. We do not sell a successful token launch, profitable token, investment opportunity, business result, market outcome, or financial return.
Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or compensation for:
- unsuccessful token launches;
- failed token deployments;
- incorrectly configured token parameters approved by you;
- smart-contract failures;
- token price declines;
- lack of liquidity;
- lack of trading volume;
- lack of buyers or token holders;
- failed marketing;
- low social-media engagement;
- failed exchange or platform listings;
- failed wallet transactions;
- token delisting;
- platform restrictions;
- regulatory investigations;
- legal or tax consequences;
- loss of funds;
- loss of tokens;
- loss of wallet access;
- market manipulation by third parties;
- scams, phishing, or malicious actors;
- actions taken by token purchasers or holders; or
- any other result associated with a token or project.
Every token launch and related decision is made by you and at your sole risk.
7. No Refunds for Blockchain or Wallet Losses
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and are generally outside our direct control.
Except where required by applicable law, Terminal App does not refund or compensate losses caused by:
- incorrect wallet addresses;
- incorrect token addresses;
- incorrect smart-contract addresses;
- incorrect transaction parameters;
- transactions that you signed or approved;
- lost private keys;
- lost seed phrases;
- compromised wallets;
- phishing;
- malware;
- wallet-provider errors;
- wallet incompatibility;
- failed transaction simulations;
- network congestion;
- delayed transactions;
- rejected transactions;
- duplicate transactions;
- chain reorganizations;
- blockchain forks;
- RPC failures;
- validator failures;
- smart-contract bugs;
- protocol exploits;
- oracle failures;
- front-running;
- maximal extractable value or MEV;
- slippage;
- unexpected network fees;
- liquidity losses;
- bridge failures;
- decentralized exchange failures;
- token-launching platform failures; or
- another blockchain or third-party event.
You are responsible for reviewing all transaction information before approving or signing a transaction.
Terminal App never requests your seed phrase or private key. Losses caused by disclosing or mishandling your seed phrase or private key do not qualify for a refund.
8. Artificial Intelligence Outputs
Certain Terminal App features may generate token names, symbols, descriptions, images, branding concepts, marketing materials, tokenomics suggestions, or other outputs using artificial intelligence or automated systems.
AI-generated outputs may be:
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- non-unique;
- similar to outputs produced for another user;
- technically unsuitable;
- commercially ineffective;
- legally restricted;
- infringing;
- offensive;
- unavailable for trademark protection; or
- inappropriate for your intended purpose.
Except where required by applicable law, dissatisfaction with an AI-generated output does not qualify for a refund.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every output before relying on, publishing, deploying, promoting, or otherwise using it.
9. Bugs, Downtime, and Service Interruptions
If you encounter a technical problem, contact us at supptermapp9@gmail.com with a description of the issue, relevant screenshots, your account email, and any available transaction information.
We may attempt to investigate, repair, restore, replace, or otherwise address the affected functionality.
Except where required by applicable law, the following do not qualify for a refund, credit, extension, compensation, or other payment:
- bugs;
- errors;
- temporary downtime;
- maintenance;
- degraded performance;
- latency;
- service interruptions;
- security-related restrictions;
- feature limits;
- usage limits;
- feature modifications;
- feature removals;
- interface changes;
- model changes;
- output-quality changes;
- blockchain outages;
- wallet outages;
- RPC outages;
- cloud-provider outages;
- artificial intelligence provider outages;
- payment-processor outages;
- third-party API failures;
- third-party platform changes;
- changes in supported blockchains or wallets; or
- discontinuation of an integration.
A one-time purchase does not guarantee permanent operation of every feature, permanent support for every blockchain or wallet, or uninterrupted access for any particular period.
Nothing in this section limits remedies that applicable law makes mandatory when digital content or services are defective, not supplied, or materially different from their legally binding description.
10. Access Not Delivered
If your payment was successfully completed but access was not activated because of a technical error attributable to Terminal App, contact supptermapp9@gmail.com.
You must provide:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the purchase date;
- the amount paid;
- the payment or transaction identifier;
- a copy of the receipt, if available; and
- a description of the problem.
Our normal remedy will be to verify the purchase and activate or restore the purchased access.
A refund may be issued only if:
1. we confirm that payment was successfully received;
2. access was not delivered;
3. the failure is attributable to Terminal App rather than your device, wallet, jurisdiction, payment provider, or another third party;
4. we are unable to provide or restore access within a reasonable period; and
5. a refund is required by applicable law or approved by us in our discretion.
Access is considered delivered when it is activated or made available through the account, email address, wallet, access link, code, or other delivery method associated with the purchase.
11. Duplicate and Incorrect Charges
If you believe that you were charged more than once for the same purchase or charged an incorrect amount, contact supptermapp9@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
For efficient investigation, submit the request within sixty (60) days after the charge and include:
- your account email;
- the purchase date;
- the amount charged;
- the expected amount;
- the transaction identifier;
- the last four digits of the payment card, where applicable;
- a copy of the receipt or statement; and
- an explanation of the suspected error.
If we confirm that the same purchase was charged more than once or that we collected an amount not authorized by the applicable checkout, we will correct the error and, where appropriate, refund the erroneous amount.
A price difference caused by:
- currency conversion;
- exchange-rate fluctuations;
- bank fees;
- card-issuer fees;
- foreign transaction fees;
- blockchain fees;
- network fees;
- taxes;
- duties; or
- separately disclosed third-party charges
is not necessarily a billing error by Terminal App.
This section does not reduce any billing-dispute right that applicable law provides to you.
12. Unauthorized Payments
If you believe a payment was made without authorization, contact your payment provider and notify us at supptermapp9@gmail.com promptly.
We may request information reasonably necessary to:
- identify the transaction;
- verify your identity;
- investigate the payment;
- prevent additional unauthorized activity; and
- secure or restrict the associated Terminal App account.
We may suspend access associated with a disputed or unauthorized payment while the matter is investigated.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights concerning genuinely unauthorized transactions that cannot be waived under applicable law.
13. Fraudulent and Abusive Refund Requests
We may deny a refund request when we reasonably believe it is:
- fraudulent;
- deceptive;
- abusive;
- based on false information;
- submitted using stolen payment information;
- submitted after substantial use of the Services in an attempt to receive free access;
- part of a repeated pattern of refund abuse; or
- otherwise inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
We may preserve relevant account, payment, device, wallet, usage, security, and communication records for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement of our agreements.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact supptermapp9@gmail.com first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
A chargeback does not automatically establish that you are entitled to a refund under this Refund Policy.
When a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may provide the applicable payment provider with relevant evidence, including:
- your acceptance of our policies;
- purchase records;
- payment records;
- access-activation records;
- login records;
- usage records;
- wallet-connection events;
- communications;
- IP and device information;
- fraud indicators; and
- other information relevant to the dispute.
We may suspend or terminate access associated with a reversed or disputed payment.
If a payment is reversed, your license and right to access the purchased Services may immediately end.
A knowingly false, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive chargeback may result in:
- termination of access;
- restriction of associated accounts;
- restriction of associated devices, wallets, email addresses, or payment methods;
- refusal of future purchases;
- recovery of the disputed amount;
- recovery of reasonable collection or dispute costs where permitted by law; and
- other lawful remedies.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a legitimate chargeback, billing-error, or consumer-protection right provided by applicable law.
15. EU, UK, and Other Statutory Consumer Rights
Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have mandatory rights relating to online purchases, digital content, digital services, defective performance, or a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period.
Where applicable law permits immediate digital performance to begin with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment, by requesting immediate access you agree that:
- performance may begin immediately after checkout;
- digital access may be activated before the end of an otherwise applicable withdrawal period; and
- you may lose the applicable cancellation or withdrawal right after performance begins, to the extent permitted by law.
The precise rights and conditions may differ depending on:
- your country;
- whether Terminal App is legally classified as digital content, a digital service, or another type of supply;
- whether access was activated;
- whether the Services were used;
- whether performance was fully completed;
- whether legally required pre-contract information was provided; and
- whether legally required consent and acknowledgment were obtained.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or waives a consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or waive.
If you believe that a mandatory statutory right applies, email supptermapp9@gmail.com and include:
- your country of residence;
- your account email;
- the purchase date;
- the transaction identifier;
- a description of the issue;
- the statutory right you believe applies; and
- supporting information.
We may request additional information necessary to verify your identity, residence, purchase, and eligibility.
16. Taxes and Third-Party Fees
Prices may exclude applicable:
- sales tax;
- value-added tax;
- goods and services tax;
- duties;
- levies;
- bank fees;
- payment-processing fees;
- currency-conversion fees; or
- blockchain fees,
unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Any tax we are required to collect will ordinarily be displayed at checkout or on your receipt.
When a refund is legally required or approved, the refunded amount may exclude:
- non-refundable payment-processing fees;
- non-recoverable taxes;
- bank fees;
- currency-conversion costs;
- blockchain fees;
- network fees; and
- third-party charges,
but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Terminal App is not responsible for fees independently charged by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, blockchain network, payment provider, or another third party.
17. Promotional Prices, Discounts, and Coupons
We may occasionally offer:
- promotional prices;
- discounts;
- coupons;
- referral offers;
- beta-access prices;
- limited-time offers; or
- other purchase incentives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional offers may be limited to eligible users;
- offers may expire;
- offers may not be combined;
- discounts have no cash value;
- previous purchases are not eligible for retroactive discounts;
- failure to use an offer before expiration does not create a right to compensation; and
- purchases made using an offer remain final and non-refundable after access is activated, except where required by law.
The later availability of a lower price or better promotion does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
18. Discretionary Courtesies
To the extent permitted by law, any refund, partial refund, credit, discount, coupon, access extension, replacement access, or other accommodation that we voluntarily provide is a discretionary, one-time courtesy.
A discretionary courtesy:
- is not an admission of fault or liability;
- does not modify this Refund Policy;
- does not modify our Terms of Service;
- does not establish a precedent;
- does not create a continuing practice;
- does not create a contractual right;
- does not require us to provide the same treatment to another user; and
- does not require us to provide the same treatment in a future situation.
We may approve or deny a discretionary request based on the facts available to us, fraud risk, payment history, account history, service usage, and other relevant circumstances.
Except where applicable law requires an explanation or appeal process, we may decline a discretionary request without providing a detailed explanation.
19. Method and Timing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is required by law or approved by us:
- it will ordinarily be sent to the original payment method;
- we may require identity or payment verification;
- processing times may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and payment method;
- we do not control how quickly a financial institution posts the refund;
- currency-conversion differences may affect the amount ultimately received; and
- access associated with the refunded purchase may be suspended or terminated.
We are not required to send a refund to a different person, wallet, card, account, or payment method unless required by law or technically necessary.
A refund is not complete until it has been submitted to the applicable payment provider. Additional processing time imposed by the provider or financial institution is outside our control.
20. Relationship to the Terms of Service
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service concerning refunds, billing errors, or payment disputes, the more specific provision will apply, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Refund Policy have the meanings provided in the Terms of Service.
21. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will identify when it was most recently revised.
Changes will generally apply to purchases completed after the updated policy becomes effective.
Where legally permitted, updated procedural, legal, security, or clarification provisions may also apply to existing users and unresolved requests.
If we make a material change affecting an existing purchase, we may provide notice through:
- the Services;
- email;
- an account notification;
- a website notice; or
- another reasonable method.
No update will eliminate a mandatory right that had already accrued under applicable law.
