Depending on the provider and service configuration, a provider may temporarily retain submitted information for:
- generating outputs;
- preventing abuse;
- maintaining security;

- providing the contracted service.
We select and configure providers based on the Services’ operational requirements, but third-party providers maintain their own systems and security practices.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or inappropriate. Terminal App does not use these outputs to make decisions concerning your credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or other matters that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
If we introduce automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any rights required by applicable law.
7. Public Blockchains and Immutability
Information written to a public blockchain is generally:
- public;
- permanent;
- independently stored;
- replicated across multiple systems;

Terminal App generally cannot:
- delete blockchain records;
- modify confirmed blockchain records;
- reverse transactions;
- conceal public wallet activity;
- remove data from third-party blockchain explorers; or
- ensure that third parties stop processing public blockchain information.
A privacy or deletion request submitted to Terminal App does not result in deletion of information already recorded on a public blockchain.
We may delete or restrict information stored in our own systems, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
8. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services.

- preventing fraud;
- providing requested functionality;
- maintaining system integrity; and
- complying with applicable law.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for unrelated purposes.

We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
We may use or disclose such information for:
- analytics;
- research;
- product development;

Where required by law, we will not attempt to re-identify information maintained as de-identified.
10. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Privacy Choices
10.1 Essential Technologies

- session activity; and
- product engagement.
Analytics providers may receive information such as your IP address, device information, cookie identifiers, viewed pages, and usage events.
10.3 Advertising Technologies
We may use advertising pixels or similar technologies offered by providers such as TikTok, Meta, Google, or other advertising platforms, if those technologies are enabled on the Services.
These technologies may be used to:
- measure advertising performance;
- attribute purchases or registrations;
- build advertising audiences;
- limit repeated advertisements; and
- display advertising on third-party platforms.
Under some United States privacy laws, this activity may constitute “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising, even if no money is exchanged.
10.4 Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal information for money.
Where applicable, you may opt out of:
- the sale of personal information;
- the sharing of personal information;

Please include the email address associated with your account.
If we provide an on-site privacy-preference tool or “Your Privacy Choices” link, you may also use that tool.
10.5 Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law and technically detectable, we treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of applicable sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends the signal.
A Global Privacy Control signal may not automatically identify your Terminal App account. You may also contact us to apply the request to account-level information.
10.6 Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard governing these signals, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals alone.
You may instead use Global Privacy Control or contact us directly.
10.7 Managing Cookies
You may control cookies through:
- your browser settings;
- an on-site consent tool, where available;
- device settings;
- advertising-platform settings; or
- legally recognized browser privacy signals.

11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against:

- disclosure; and
- destruction.
These safeguards may include:

No system, network, blockchain, wallet, database, or transmission method is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee that:
- unauthorized access will never occur;

- sanctions compliance;
- litigation;
- disputes;
- chargebacks;
- law-enforcement requests;
- regulatory investigations;
- security incidents; or
